2013年7月16日，威尼斯人在线官网通过了. 第397-13号决议将特别人口委员会的费用订正为 the following:

WHEREAS, 在过去的十年里，种族的人口变化, ethnicity, and socioeconomics have reshaped the population of 威尼斯官网在线 (MCPS) from a homogeneous population to one that is rich in diversity; and
